As your order contains large or heavy items, it has been shipped with our trusted partner SD Europe.

We are currently working hard to enable track & trace for these packages. Unfortunately, SD Europe cannot yet provide track & trace for shipments at this time.

When can I expect my order?

Once you receive a shipping confirmation from us, your order has left our warehouse and has been handed over to SD Europe. Depending on the delivery location, we see that most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days for Belgium and the Netherlands. For the rest of Europe, packages are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Scheduling your delivery

The delivery service will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. If you are unavailable to answer your phone, they will leave a voicemail or send an SMS. It is important that you confirm the delivery date with the delivery service, otherwise the order cannot be delivered.

If it has been more than 5 days since you received your shipping confirmation and SD Europe has not yet contacted you, please contact us and we will check the shipping status of your order for you.
