The Body-Solid 3-in-1 Multi-Press Rack is a semi-professional multi-press that allows you to train optimally with free weights. There are no fewer than 14 positions where you can place the bar, each 10cm apart.
The rack works perfectly with a bench, giving you access to an infinite number of exercises for every muscle group.
