The Body-Solid Preacher Curl is a special attachment designed for the GFID31, GFID71, and GDIB46L benches. This equipment helps you optimally train your biceps by keeping your elbows in the correct position, ensuring maximum muscle activation.

The armrest is extra thickly padded with durable DuraFirm™ material, and the equipment is fitted with a lift-off holder for the barbell, making training even more efficient.
