With the Body-Solid Corner Leverage Gym, you can effectively train almost every muscle group.
The various stations ensure you can perform a multitude of different exercises. Deadlifts, squats, shrugs, pull downs, biceps curls are all very important exercises for building good overall strength, and with this equipment, you can do them all.
Thanks to the included weight horns, you can easily store your weight plates (sold separately). And with the addition of the GFID Flat Incline Decline bench, you have a more complete multi-gym where you can also do chest exercises.
