The Body-Solid GFT100 Functional Trainer is a versatile, reliable, and space-saving functional trainer, suitable for both home use and fitness centers.
This trainer comes standard with two 72.5 kg weight stacks, which can be upgraded to two 95 kg or even 140 kg weight stacks. The dual weight stacks allow for isolateral movements, enabling you to train each side of the body independently for a balanced workout.
The GFT100 features a 1:2 weight ratio, allowing for smaller incremental adjustments and maintaining a large range of motion. This results in a smooth and effective workout.
Numerous exercises are possible with the GFT100, including flys, presses, squats, lunges, shrugs, rows, curls, extensions, press downs, crunches, and much more. For added variety, you can add an optional training bench or stability ball.
The GFT100 Functional Trainer fits perfectly into any modern training space thanks to its space-saving design. The construction is made of heavy 11-gauge steel (50 x 76 mm) with a durable black powder coating for long-lasting sturdiness.
Fully adjustable and rotating pulleys offer maximum freedom of movement and versatility. The included attachments — aluminum stirrup handles, triceps rope, chin & dip belt, and dual swivel bar — allow for a virtually unlimited number of training options.
