Description
Head harnesses were originally designed for contact sports but are recommended for all athletes as they train the neck and upper back muscles.
The equipment is made of high-quality materials, extra heavy-duty D-rings, and a steel chain. Fully padded with neoprene to absorb shocks and prevent abrasions and cuts. Use the Neck Developer with free weights or attach it to a high or low pulley.
