The Body-Solid Leg Developer is a valuable addition to the fitness benches GFID71 and GFID100. This accessory is specifically designed to effectively train your quadriceps and hamstrings.
The Leg Developer works with standard weight plates. If you want to train with Olympic weight plates, the Body-Solid adapter OAS14 is necessary. This allows you to train safely with weights up to 60 kg.
Note: weight plates and adapters are not included and sold separately.
