The Body-Solid Pro Dual Vertical Press and Lat Station offers you a single-station solution for toning your arms/shoulders and forming a strong, muscular back. Because you don't have to change cables, you can immediately switch to a Long Pull/Seated Row exercise to further increase the size, strength, and endurance of your back muscles.
