The Body-Solid Tools weight vest is a universal and versatile addition to all training units for which you need extra weight. With extra weights directly on your body, you increase the endurance and effectiveness of numerous strength exercises.
The BSTWV features durable stitching to ensure long-lasting use. This vest is fully adjustable and allows you to adjust weight and resistance up to 9 kg (BSTWV20) and up to 18 kg (BSTWV40). Adjusting the vest is simple and easy; place or remove sandbags from the vest's pockets.
In addition to two adjustable straps that are wider than standard weight vests, this vest has a durable Velcro closure to reduce vest movement during training and ensure proper weight placement, resulting in an optimal center of gravity without any restriction of movement.
