The resistance system of this rowing machine is partly based on air resistance and partly on magnetic resistance. Because you determine the air resistance with your own effort, you have less chance of injury or overuse.
The magnetic resistance can be adjusted electronically, giving you a choice of 16 different resistance levels.
The ARP100 has large footrests and a smoothly gliding seat. The ergonomically designed seat and handlebar with a thick foam layer keep you comfortable while you perform one of the best cardiovascular fitness and strength activities.
