With the Body-Solid Corner Leverage Gym, you can effectively train almost every muscle group.
The various stations allow you to perform a wide variety of exercises. Deadlifts, squats, shrugs, pull-downs, and bicep curls are essential exercises for building good overall strength, and this machine allows you to do them all.
The included weight horns make it easy to store your weight plates (sold separately). And with the addition of the GFID Flat Incline Decline bench, you'll have a more complete multi-gym where you can also do chest exercises.
