With this expansion set you can increase the weight of your Pro EXP dumbbells from 31.7 kg to 40.8 kg per hand. With stage 3 you have 6 additional weight levels.
This model is only suitable for PowerBlock PRO EXP Set 5-50 (stage 1) and Pro Expansion Kit 50-70 (stage 2).
