Usage
A PowerBlock consists of several interlocking parts, each with a heavier weight. These are clicked together with a heavy double pin. This pin is attached to the handle of the middle part of the weights with a strong elastic band. You slide the pin between the weights to select a certain weight and attach it to the handle. Then you lift the chosen weight with the weight grip and you can start your exercises. Exercise can be that easy!
- This set of dumbbells consists of 2 PowerBlock Sport EXP 5-50 phase 1. The two dumbbells are adjustable from 2.2 to 22.7 kg in 1.1 kg increments. The PowerBlock Sport EXP 5-50 corresponds to 16 pairs of dumbbells (= 374 kg of free weights).
- The PowerBlock Sport EXP 5-50 can be increased to 31.7 kg (EXP 5-70 / phase 2) and 40.8 kg (EXP 5-90 / phase 3) per hand.
