- The PowerBlock Elite EXP 5-50 can be increased to 31.7 kg (Elite EXP 5-70 / phase 2) and 40.8 kg (Elite EXP 5-90 / phase 3) per hand.

The PowerBlock Sport dumbbell bench can be adjusted to 5 different angles, including the military position. This comfortable and durable dumbbell bench, made of thick steel, can withstand a maximum load of 250 kg. The cushion is made of carbon-look vinyl and is easy to clean.
