The PowerBlock kettlebell consists of a number of interlocking parts, each with a heavier weight. These are clicked together with a strong pin. You simply slide the pin into the kettlebell to select a certain weight. Then you lift the chosen weight with the handle and you can start your exercises. An exercise can be that easy!
