You now have one set of weights and two different pieces of equipment! Rotate the handle 90 degrees for more freedom of movement. It's the perfect accessory for kettlebell swings, cleans, rows, and lunges. Although the Pro 100 Kettlebell Handle does not include chrome adder weights, it still replaces 10 traditional kettlebells.
Quick Transitions. Switch between kettlebell and dumbbell workouts in seconds by simply rotating the handle. The magnetic selector pin makes changing weights quick and easy. A traditional 18 kg kettlebell has a handle diameter of approximately 38 mm, which can be too large for some lifters. The PowerBlock Pro 100 Kettlebell Handle has a grip diameter of 25 mm at every selected weight. This sleek handle provides a better grip during intense exercises.
