The exercise is performed in a seated position by gripping the handles and alternately rotating the upper body left and right. The 95 kg weight stack is numbered for quick and easy resistance selection. If this is not enough, you can expand the weight stack to 140 kg.
The SOT1800G features a heavy-duty steel footplate, multi-angle adjustable, and Durafirm™ upholstered support cushions for the hips, forearms, and lower body.
