With built-in functional training arms, the GMFP-STK allows for vertical chest presses, incline and decline presses from an adjustable, seated position. Then move to the other side to perform standing shoulder presses.
Equipped with 180-degree rotating pulleys, this unit can accommodate a Swiss ball for stability exercises. This uniquely designed machine is perfect for home use and light commercial applications.
