The Renegade Air Ski ASKI100 strengthens the muscles important for skiing, such as your upper body, abdominal, back and leg muscles. Because the fitness equipment works with an air and magnetic resistance system, the movements are very fluid. This makes training more enjoyable and reduces the risk of injury.
With its 18 kg, the Air Ski is a very sturdy training device. This device relies on a very strong, elastic rope system, which only requires 8 kg to move from bottom to top. The ASKI100 can be wall-mounted with mounting brackets wherever you want.
Training on the Air Ski can be done kneeling or sitting in front of the machine. This makes the machine ideal for athletes with physical limitations. You determine the training resistance: pulling harder speeds up the flywheel and increases the resistance. The different resistance levels (1-14) make it possible to simulate practical training under all circumstances.
This device features various training programs, allowing you to train in a varied and targeted manner. With the "quick release" handle, you can quickly switch between different training programs. In addition, the large blue backlit LCD screen is easier to read during training. The Renegade Air Ski ASKI100 is self-generating, so no electrical cables are needed.
