The LCB is equipped with Bluetooth technology, allowing users to save their workout data to an Android or Apple device. This fitness information can be tracked on the free SOLE Fitness App or transferred to other compatible fitness apps such as Fitbit, iHealth, RECORD, and MapMyFitness. You can use other applications on your device while the SOLE Fitness App runs in the background, meaning you can watch a movie or check your email while exercising, and your workout tracker won't miss a beat!
This model includes an adjustable tablet holder that allows you to watch your favorite show or follow your workout routines during training. Listen to music via the Bluetooth 3.0 speakers from any enabled device or connect the device via the included auxiliary cable. And charge your smartphone via the USB port while you are working out.
