The CRW900 features a water resistance system, making your workout feel like you're truly rowing on water. With the convenient adjustment knob, you can quickly and easily select one of the 10 resistance levels.
Rowing on the Spirit Fitness CRW900 feels like rowing on a smooth water surface because the water flywheel in the tank acts as a rowing paddle. As soon as you pull the handle, the water flywheel catches the water and provides constant resistance throughout the entire rowing stroke. The water mass naturally rises and falls just like in real rowing; if you paddle faster, you experience more resistance. If you paddle slower, the resistance is less intense.
Unlike other water and air rowers, there is no decrease in resistance at the end of the stroke with the CRW900. This promotes the development of a smooth, ultra-realistic paddling cadence for a more true-to-life rowing experience.
The oversized, double tank transfers water from a passive tank to an active tank, generating 50% stronger resistance than other water rowers. This way, you can row harder, raise your heart rate faster, and build strength and power more quickly. This makes the CRW900 an optimal machine for High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), as the adjustable resistance can be increased.
The CRW900 is a true 'space saver'. Place the rowing machine upright after your daily workout for a very compact footprint. Additionally, this device is equipped with 2 integrated transport wheels for easy movement.
