The Run Rocket has been developed to train the speed, explosiveness, and agility of athletes' sprinting movements to the highest achievable level.
The base of the Run Rocket consists of a sturdy steel frame with a durable powder coating. The flywheel, also made of steel, weighs a hefty 20 kg, ensuring very smooth and stable resistance. Thanks to the extra-large transport wheels, the Run Rocket can also be used on other surfaces, such as grass. All components are weather-resistant, so outdoor training is no problem for the Run Rocket.
